TURBOTECH PRECISION PRODUCTS LTD manufactures compressor wheel castings in aluminium alloys for automotive turbochargers. Turbotech operates a very specialised precision casting process and supplies high technology compressor wheels particularly for the heavy vehicle turbocharger market in Europe, the Far East, USA and South America. Compressor wheels can be supplied as raw aluminium castings or finish machined and balanced, ready for assembly into turbochargers.

• MACHINING & BALANCING ~ Turbotech has a modern machine shop with balancing and testing facilities enabling the manufacture of fully machined and balanced compressor wheels ready for assembly
• SIZE RANGE ~ Generally from less than 35mm to 150mm diameter
• QUANTITIES ~ Large medium or small
• MATERIALS ~ Aluminium alloys only – usually 354 and 355 grades
• SURFACE FINISH ~ A fine finish of around 3.2 microns.
• APPROVALS ~ BS EN ISO 9001:2008
• TOOLING ~ Copper tooling for rubber pattern production made from CAD files or supplied master model.
